The Cypriot-flagged container ship AMSTELDIJK was on the river from her arrival yesterday from Belfast, until her departure this afternoon for Rotterdam, spending some time at anchor at the Tail o' the Bank until a berth was available at Greenock Ocean Terminal. She is seen passing the Inverkip Power Station, which with the third highest chimney in the UK, at 778 feet (236 metres), is due to be demolished in 2009.
