Originally named SWAN when she was completed in 1995, this Bahamas-registered, Norwegian-owned coaster, joined the Dutch fleet of Arklow Shipping in 2004, when she had the prefix 'ARKLOW' added to her name. In June this year, ARKLOW SWAN was renamed SWAMI, and as might be thought by her hull colour, she remains connected to Arklow, being on a time-charter to them. A product of the Bodewes Shipyard in Holland, this 4,304 tonnes deadweight coaster is 90.46 metres long. Now owned by Misje Rederi AS, she had arrived from Belfast around 0700 this morning.
