CORUISK and LORD OF THE ISLES

Continuing their annual overhauls in the James Watt Dock are Caledonian MacBrayne's LORD OF THE ISLES and CORUISK. LORD OF THE ISLES has been drydocked already, and currently LOCH DUNVEGAN is in the adjacent Garvel drydock having her annual survey. CORUISK, as has been already mentioned, is employed on the crossing between Mallaig and Armadale during the summer months, a duty which LORD OF THE ISLES also performed between 1998 and 2002. Early next year, CORUISK is due to spend some time serving on the Wemyss Bay-Rothesay route, when she relieves the two regular ferries there for their annual overhauls.
