NOORTLAND

Well laden with scrap metal loaded at Diesel Wharf, the German coaster NOORTLAND sailed from the Clyde this afternoon for Zarzis in Tunisa. NOORTLAND was built in Germany by Julius Diedrich Schiffsweft GmbH at Moormerland in 1989, and was named NOORT until very recently. She has a deadweight of 1,086 tonnes, and is 69.1 metres long. She is now operated by Fehn Bereederung.
