A small ferry built on the Clyde by James Lamont & Co at their Port Glasgow shipyard in 1976 was noted today on the service from Oban to Lismore. The 69 gross ton, 24 metre RAASAY is seen here passing the island of Kerrera as she returned to Oban. Originally there were eight members of this class of ferry - now only three remain in the CalMac fleet.
