Two of the former RMAS tugs based in the Great Harbour were seen this morning at the Garvel Drydock. Following WAVERLEY into the drydock - her paddlewheel and paddleshaft are ready to be refitted now - was the Serco Denholm tug SD IMPETUS, seen here having been manoeuvred into place by SD DEXTEROUS, shortly before she entered the dock. When SD IMPETUS has completed her docking, it is likely that she will have had her uptakes repainted red into her operator's new livery, and like her sister IMPULSE, will probably lose the white line around her hull.Friday, 13 June 2008
