VEDREY HEIMER

A small tanker arrived on Monday afternoon, carrying fuel from Amsterdam to Clydebank. VEDREY HEIMER, although intended to bear than name when built, was completed in 2004 as VEYSEL BAY, then in 2006 was renamed LS ANNE, before taking her present name in August 2007. She was built by Yildirim Gemi Insaat San. A.S. at Tuzla in Turkey, and is 92.86 metres in length. She has a deadweight of 3,500 tonnes, and is on a bare-boat charter to the Swedish company Svithoid Tankers. VEDREY HEIMER, which is registered in Gibraltar, is managed by V-Ships UK Ltd.
