Seen passing Cloch Point this afternoon on a very un-summerlike day, the Norwegian coaster AASLI had been delivering a cargo of aggregates from Glensanda to Glasgow, and it was to the huge quarry that she was sailing to again today. AASLI is the largest vessel in the fleet belonging to Aasen Shipping, with a deadweight of 6,630 tonnes. Built in Holland in 1994, she is 99.95 metres in length.Tuesday, 1 July 2008
