Despite suggestions about speed on the Port Glasgow light, the tanker NORTHERN OCEAN appeared to be paying scant regard as she hurried past this afternoon. Her departure from Rothesay Dock for her return to Brofjorden was delayed a little until VEGA MERCURY had passed upriver.
