After discharging a cargo of plywood at King George V Dock, which she had loaded in Waterford, SCOT RANGER was seen heading back downriver as she made her way to Stornoway. Owned by Scotline and registered at Inverness, SCOT RANGER was built in Hull by the Yorkshire Drydock Co, and was completed in March 1997. She is 84.9 metres overall, with a deadweight of 3,419 tonnes.
