RED COUNTESS

Also seen heading past Gourock was the Troon-based tug RED COUNTESS, which would be assisting WILLPOWER with her barge on the upriver stretches of her task. She is owned by the Troon Tug Co Ltd, and was built in 1983 as CURLEW.
