On Saturday a plaque commemorating the loss of the Clyde tug FLYING PHANTOM and three of her crew was unveiled close to the spot where she foundered. West Dumbartonshire Council, together with Clydebank Re-built, commissioned the plaque to mark the tragedy, which happened in thick fog on 19 December 2007.
