MARIDA MISTLETOE

Another of Marida Tanker's 'M' class ships arrived on the Clyde to load a cargo at Finnart. About to take the Loch Long Channel, MARIDA MISTELTOE is seen passing Cloch Point as the CalMac ferry SATURN alters course to pass astern of her. MARIDA MISTLETOE was built, like many of her sisters, in South Korea by Sekwang Shipbuilding. She was launched in December 2008 and completed just three months later. She is 13,113 tonnes deadweight and is 128.6 metres long. Arriving from Plymouth, she was to load a cargo for Le Havre. Like the other ships in the Marida fleet, she flies the Marshall islands flag and is registered in Majuro.
