Heading back to the Great Harbour after a brief sortie beyond Cloch Point, Serco's personnel carrier SD EVA had been stretching her legs at speeds greater than those permitted north of Cloch Point, briefly reaching 19 knots. North of Cloch Point she is, like all other vessels, restricted by local by-laws to a maximum of 12 knots.
